If you've been following us as we work on our "new" house in Cope; let me take you on a tour of what has been done over the last couple months. (We hired a carpenter to help with the progress and are very thankful for Mile Holtman's methodical work.)
Below is our Master Bedroom. Doesn't look like much but there wasn't a door in the northwest corner before . . . that's the door into our closet. We added a walk-in closet by adding a room into the back of our garage.
Welcome to our closet . . .
We bought closet organizers and shelves from a friend of Aaron's and we'll be putting in a vanity.
It looks big but I'm sure it will fill up fast!
I'm so excited about our kitchen!
South Wall - Great window to watch trucks go by!
West wall - (stove & microwave)
South wall - Refrigerator at end of counter top.
Pantry and storage on north wall
We so excited for the next addition to the house . . . an utility room! The house didn't have an entrance from the garage into the house and that's something both Aaron and I wanted. We cut a door into an empty room that we're making the utility room and putting our washer and dryer in it also. (The washer and dryer in the house before was in the guest bathroom.) The pictures below show the view points when entering from the new exterior door and the exterior door as you walk into the utility room.
It's so nice to see progress on the house and we hope to be moving in after harvest; around 3 weeks.
